# Privacy

> How Jengo handles your data and privacy

## Your data

Jengo stores and processes data you provide (e.g. properties, tenants, issues, conversations) to run the app and its features. Data is used to:

* Provide the service (e.g. workflows, scheduling, agents).
* Send notifications you configure (e.g. email, SMS).
* Generate analytics and reports.
* Improve and secure the product (e.g. in line with our terms and policies).

## Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data (e.g. encryption, access controls, secure connections). Access to data is limited to what’s needed to operate and support the service.

## Your choices

* You can **export** or **delete** data where the app or your plan allows (e.g. from **Settings** or by contacting support).
* You can **invite or remove** users and control **roles** so only the right people have access. See [Sharing with your team](/how-to/sharing-with-team).
