# Getting started

> Sign in and take your first steps in Jengo

## Sign in

1. Open your Jengo URL (e.g. **app.jengo.ai** or the link your admin gave you).
2. Sign in with your email and password (or the method your organization uses).
3. You land on the home or dashboard for your product (Property OS, Beauty OS, or Grio CX).

## First steps

* **Check the menu** — The sidebar or top menu reflects your product. Use it to open **Portfolio** or **Directory**, **Operations**, **Inbox**, **Tasks**, **Agents**, or **AI Hub** (names may vary by product).
* **Open your workspace** — Your organization already has a workspace. In Property OS open **Listings** or **Properties**; in Beauty OS open **Directory** (Services, Staff, Clients); in Grio CX open **Inbox** or **Support**.
* **Try an agent** — In **Agents** or **AI Hub** you can see existing agents and chat with them to handle questions or run tasks.
* **Run a workflow** — In Property OS open an issue and use **Start workflow**. In Beauty OS or Grio CX use workflows from the relevant screen (e.g. appointments, conversations).

## Find your product docs

* **Property OS** — [Overview](/property-os/overview) and [Core features](/property-os/core-features).
* **Beauty OS** — [Overview](/beauty-os/overview) and [Core features](/beauty-os/core-features).
* **Grio CX** — [Overview](/grio-cx/overview) and [Core features](/grio-cx/core-features).

Then use the **How-to** guides under each product to set up your workspace, use workflows, and handle day-to-day tasks.
