# Property OS overview

## What is Property OS?

**Property OS** is Jengo’s product for property management. You use it to manage properties and units, tenants and vendors, maintenance and work orders, scheduling, and leasing—with AI agents and workflows built in.

## Who it’s for

* Property managers and operations teams
* Companies that manage residential or commercial real estate
* Teams that need maintenance, work orders, vendor coordination, and tenant communication in one place

## Main areas

| Area                     | What you do                                                                             |
| ------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Portfolio / Listings** | Properties (listings), units, tenants (residents), vendors, and optionally owners.      |
| **Operations**           | Maintenance (issues, work orders, analytics), and optionally legal and finance.         |
| **Scheduling**           | Coordinate visits: vendor proposes times, tenant responds, you confirm the appointment. |
| **Workflows**            | Run maintenance, leasing, or tenant-engagement workflows from the app.                  |
| **Communication**        | Inbox and messaging with tenants; notifications (email/SMS) when configured.            |
| **Agents & AI Hub**      | Create agents, set behaviour and knowledge base, run workflows from chat.               |
