What is the workspace?
Your workspace is your organization in Grio CX. It holds your inbox, conversations, tasks, agents, workflows, knowledge base, and integrations. One workspace per company or support org.Steps
1. Sign in
Open your Jengo URL and sign in. Confirm you’re in the right organization (e.g. name in the header or Settings).2. Configure Knowledge base
Agents answer from your Knowledge base. Add content first so agents can use it.- Go to AI Hub → Knowledge base (or Agents → Knowledge base).
- Create folders, upload documents, and add links. Then in each agent’s Persona → Knowledge base tab, select which items that agent can use. See Knowledge base.
3. Create or configure agents
- Go to Agents (or AI Hub → Agents).
- Create agents for chat, phone, or email. Set Behaviour and Workflows in Persona. Link Knowledge base items. See How to create an agent.
- Activate agents and connect them to channels (e.g. Inbox, email, chat) in Integrations or channel settings.
4. Connect channels (Integrations)
- Go to Integrations (or Settings → Integrations).
- Connect the channels you use: email, chat, WhatsApp, etc. Conversations from these channels will appear in Inbox. Your admin may need to complete some steps (e.g. API keys, webhooks).
5. Invite your team
- Settings → Team or Invitations: add members and assign roles (e.g. Admin, Agent, Viewer) so the right people can access Inbox, Tasks, and Settings.
