Your data

Jengo stores and processes data you provide (e.g. properties, tenants, issues, conversations) to run the app and its features. Data is used to:
  • Provide the service (e.g. workflows, scheduling, agents).
  • Send notifications you configure (e.g. email, SMS).
  • Generate analytics and reports.
  • Improve and secure the product (e.g. in line with our terms and policies).

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data (e.g. encryption, access controls, secure connections). Access to data is limited to what’s needed to operate and support the service.

Your choices

  • You can export or delete data where the app or your plan allows (e.g. from Settings or by contacting support).
  • You can invite or remove users and control roles so only the right people have access. See Sharing with your team.
